Dining

The hotel’s Dash restaurant, named after the Queen’s favourite pet, offers a fine dining experience, with a well-crafted menu reminiscent of classic French cuisine. Every ingredient, except for the caviar, is sourced locally, guaranteeing only the best, freshest produce is served to guests.  This Hotel offers the ultimate in sophisticated fine dining. The 36-seat Dash offers patrons an elegant and relaxed experience with a touch of drama in the presentation of the well-crafted menu.
