The popular Beach Villas offer the most convenient beachfront location with sunset views.  Features a spacious bedroom, living space and beach facing veranda as well as en suite facilities.  Each villa also offers mosquito framed beds, air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities and mini bar.  A total of 18 king size and 11 twin bed Beach Villas are available.

Deluxe Sea View Pool Villas

Popular with families and friends traveling together, the Deluxe Sea View Pool Villas offer the magnificent views from their locations on the dune.  The Villas feature two spacious bedrooms with en suite facilities.  The master bedroom features a four poster king size bed whilst the second bedroom has two twin beds.  The two bedrooms are connected by a central lounge area as well as large wooden deck.  Enjoy the views whilst lounging in your personal plunge pool or share a meal under the thatch dining area on the deck.

Dining

The Resort has various dining venues where guests can savour freshly prepared meals.  The dinner venue is normally changed regularly and communicated to guests the night before.  Golfinho is the morning breakfast restaurant and also dinner on occasion.  Tartaruga offers light afternoon meals for couples enjoying the adults only swimming pool and bar whilst Club Naval caters for families, and guests using the main swimming pool and activity centre, during lunch times.  Weather permitting, flame grilled seafood nights are hosted on the beach.  For a special romantic treat – book the Dine by Design with a private chef and butler!

Activities

Anantara Bazaruto Island Resort offers a wealth of activities.  Popular activities include scuba diving, snorkelling, deep sea fishing, horse riding on the dunes, dune boarding, whale & turtle watching (seasonal) and traditional dhow cruises.  The Bazaruto National Park is home to over a hundred species of coral, thousands of tropical fish species as well as the largest population of the very rare Dugong.  Whilst diving and snorkelling look out for kingfish, manta rays, barracuda, dolphins and sea turtles.

What we think of it

A great luxury destination for bigger groups and families with active children that appreciate having a variety of activities to choose from.  Offers the most extensive Spa in Mozambique.  We highly recommend a day trip to Paradise Island (Santa Carolina) as a must do activity!
